We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead the food production and hospitality services at Russells Hall Hospital. Reporting to the Head of Catering and working closely with the Retail Café Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals and exceptional service across multiple hospital sites, including Corbett and Guest Hospitals.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will guide and support the kitchen team in preparing and producing meals in line with agreed menus and recipes.
