* Performing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Conducting intercompany reconciliations and implementing robust reconciliation controls
* Reviewing balance sheet and intercompany reconciliation processes across the group
* Identifying opportunities for process re-engineering and applying best practice to drive improvements
* Supporting the month-end close process, including reporting and variance analysis
* Collaborating with operational teams to support informed decision-making
* Maintaining and enhancing financial models and reporting tools
* Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial policies
* Liaising with internal and external auditors as required
* A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) * Strong technical accounting and analytical skills * Experience using SAP and other ERP systems * Prior exposure to group finance functions within large, complex organisations * Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
