Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for driving sales via lead generation? We are seeking a Marketing Operations & Lead Generation Manager to take ownership of our clients operational marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and high-quality lead delivery within a luxury lifestyle brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and drive sophisticated, high-impact marketing programmes aligned to commercial lead generation goals.

About the Role

This pivotal role will be responsible for managing marketing automation & CRM systems, refining the marketing-to-sales funnel, and driving high-value leads to support our clients growth targets. Working closely with sales and senior marketing stakeholders, you'll lead the charge in optimising campaign performance and marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead targeted acquisition campaigns and prospecting strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads.
  • Own and optimise the full marketing funnel, improving conversion rates and MQL quality.
  • Build and manage automated lead nurture journeys across digital channels.
  • Develop and refine lead scoring models to prioritise prospects based on engagement and sales-readiness.
  • Ensure efficient CRM (Salesforce) integration and lead flow, supporting sales follow-up and pipeline development.
  • Manage and evolve the marketing automation platform (Pardot), including workflows, testing, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain a compliant, segmented, and high-quality marketing database in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Analyse campaign performance and revenue attribution, delivering actionable insights to the Marketing Director.
  • Stay ahead of marketing tech trends, recommending tools and improvements to drive operational efficiency.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Growth in marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and conversion rates
  • ROI on lead generation and conquesting campaigns
  • Engagement metrics on automated journeys
  • Accuracy of lead scoring and alignment with sales outcomes
  • CRM and database integrity (bounce rate, duplicates, GDPR compliance)

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a marketing operations, lead generation, or automation role
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights
  • Strong understanding of lead funnels, scoring, segmentation, and database management
  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
