A leading multidisciplinary construction and property consultancy is looking for an Intermediate Building Physics Engineer to join their growing Sustainability team in London. This is a great opportunity to get involved in early-stage design advice and develop your technical expertise in a collaborative, values-driven business.

About the Role:
You'll support the delivery of sustainable building design by carrying out energy modelling, thermal performance analysis, and compliance assessments across a wide range of sectors - including residential, commercial, education, and healthcare.
You'll work alongside architects, M&E engineers, and sustainability consultants to help shape low-carbon strategies from concept through to detailed design.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver dynamic thermal simulations and energy modelling using tools such as IES-VE.
* Support Part L compliance, TM52, TM59, and thermal comfort assessments.
* Carry out heating and cooling load calculations and advise on passive design strategies.
* Contribute to energy and carbon strategies for planning submissions.
* Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate sustainable design principles.

About You:
* 2-4 years' experience in building physics or sustainability consultancy.
* Proficient in IES-VE or similar software for dynamic modelling.
* Familiar with UK building regulations and standards (e.g., Part L, TM52, TM59).
* Passionate about sustainability and carbon reduction in the built environment.
* Collaborative, proactive, and eager to continue learning and developing.
