Butler Rose is working with one of the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company in their search for a Management Accountant to join their team. This is a contract role until 14th December 2025, based in Birmingham and will pay £26.58 an hour via Umbrella company.

This role will support the Finance Manager on a high-profile Central Government contract. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the financial performance of a national Total Facilities Management (TFM) portfolio and support regional operations with budgeting and P&L accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
Produce monthly management accounts for assigned business units.
Optimise working capital and contract profitability.
Build strong relationships with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight and analysis.
Oversee major contracts, ensuring financial accuracy and timely delivery.
Prepare detailed forecasts and budgets.
Standardise and streamline processes to improve efficiency.
Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
Evaluate contract profitability to highlight risks and opportunities.

Perform various ad-hoc financial tasks as required.

Contribute to ongoing transformation projects within the division.

Experience & Skills Required:
Part-qualified or newly qualified in ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
Proven experience in Financial Business Partnering (FBP).
Advanced Excel skills essential.
Ability to manage a dynamic workload in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Capable of presenting complex financial data to non-financial audiences.
High attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Ambitious, with a desire to grow and develop within the organisation.
