We are looking for a Bank SFA Theatre Nurse/Theatre Practitioner to work in Northampton delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise. You will be responsible for the delivery of the highest standards of care & services.

You are an experienced and qualified SFA Theatre Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP Level 3) to support consultant-led surgeries across a range of specialities, including complex orthopaedic procedures.

As a Surgical First Assistant, your responsibilities will include assisting the surgical team in the operating theatre, preparing and maintaining surgical equipment, and providing direct support to the surgeon during procedures. Your keen attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure will be essential in ensuring smooth and successful surgeries.

Required

* ODP level 3
* SFA Qualification
* Comprehensive understanding of relevant clinical standards
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Sound computer skills and knowledge
* Registered with the HCPC
* A commitment to the delivery of customer focussed services.
