We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Proportionate Care Project within Adult Social Care services in Slough. This role focuses on promoting independence through proportionate and personalised care approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out risk assessments and trial specialist moving and handling equipment

Provide tailored support that promotes independent living

Work collaboratively with health and social care professionals

Develop and implement strengths-based, outcome-focused care plans

Requirements:

HCPC registration

Relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy

Previous experience working in adult social care

Strong understanding of moving and handling equipment and best practices

Ability to work under the IR35 framework
