Well-established organisation based in North Manchester is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join their in-house studio team. This role will be hybrid after your probation period is complete, so will be on-site full-time initially.

Acting as the bridge between marketing and creative, you will be taking briefs from the marketing team and translating them into visually compelling assets across all touchpoints, including social media, digital platforms, print and packaging.

This role will be a mixture of Graphic Design and Art Direction, offering variety!
One day you will be designing visual assets for social media, web, email marketing, trade materials, packaging and brand campaigns.
And the next, you'll be guiding photoshoots and video productions, ensuring that visual storytelling aligns with brand positioning and brand guidelines. You will be working with external partners such as stylists, photographers and videographers to bring creative concepts to life.

You will be overseeing a small team, so previous people management experience is required. Your role will involve managing the creative workflow, prioritising projects, adhering to deadlines, guiding junior designers & artworkers and maintaining a high standard of design quality.
