Hull City Council is currently seeking an experienced Team Manager to provide temporary cover within their West Locality Social Work Team.

About the Role

As Team Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage a team of Social Workers.
• Provide day-to-day support, supervision, and professional guidance.
• Ensure effective case management and oversight to deliver high-quality services.
• Support the team in maintaining clear focus on the safety and wellbeing of children and families.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Social Worker with current SWE registration
• Proven management or supervisory experience in children's social care
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and care planning procedures
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
