We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Advisor / Training Support Officer with a strong background in Revenue and Benefits to join our team.
Please note: Although this position is titled for Senior Customer Service Advisors, candidates must have experience in Council Tax, Housing Benefit, and Council Tax Benefit, along with a working knowledge of the Northgate SX3 computer system. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in Council Tax, Housing Benefit, and Council Tax Benefit
Proficiency in the Northgate SX3 system
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to support and train team members in system processes and procedures
Ability to handle complex queries and deliver service excellence
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality customer service for Revenue and Benefits enquiries
Support and train staff to ensure consistent and accurate service delivery
Resolve complex cases using specialist knowledge and system expertise
Work closely with other teams to ensure efficient case management
