Job Title: Roofing Site Supervisor
Location: Midlands (with occasional travel and nights away for projects further afield)
Salary: Dependent on experience
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Roofing Site Supervisor to oversee a variety of roofing projects across the Midlands, with occasional travel required for contracts further afield (overnight stays and accommodation fully covered). You will be responsible for ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard, on time, and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise roofing teams on-site, ensuring quality and efficiency

Maintain health and safety standards, adhering to site rules and regulations

Manage site logistics, materials, and sub-contractors

Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and office staff

Carry out site inspections and complete required documentation

Problem-solve any on-site issues and ensure work progresses smoothly

Requirements:

SSSTS qualification (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) - Essential

Proven experience in roofing and site supervision

Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Full UK driving licence
