Paid Social Account Manager

MG OMD is looking for a Paid Social Account Manager to join the team working across Pladis and Nissan - two high-profile clients spanning FMCG and automotive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid paid social experience who's ready to take more ownership and help lead campaign planning and delivery across a varied and exciting portfolio.
As Account Manager, you'll be the day-to-day lead across your accounts - responsible for campaign planning, activation, and performance management. You'll work closely with Account Directors to shape strategy and manage delivery, while supporting and mentoring junior team members. You'll also build strong relationships with client teams, media owners, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed to the highest standard.
On Pladis, which includes household brands like McVitie's and Jaffa Cakes, you'll be focused on brand-led campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and other relevant platforms - often aligned to seasonal moments and new product launches.
On Nissan, you'll support a mixture of brand and performance activity across the UK and European markets, working alongside other digital and media teams to deliver integrated, measurable campaigns.
This is a hands-on role, and you'll be expected to manage the full campaign lifecycle - from brief through to reporting - with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency and performance., * Lead on day-to-day campaign planning, activation and optimisation across both accounts
* Develop media plans and audience strategies aligned to broader client objectives
* Oversee campaign setup and QA, ensuring all activity runs smoothly and on schedule
* Monitor campaign performance and produce insightful reporting
* Support in client communications and help manage ongoing relationships
* Mentor and support Account Executives, fostering development and collaboration
* Stay up to date with platform updates, creative trends and industry innovation
* Experience managing paid social campaigns across major platforms (Meta essential; TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat a plus) * Strong understanding of audience targeting, measurement and optimisation techniques * Comfortable working with data to track performance and inform recommendations * Strong project management skills and attention to detail * Confident communicator - both internally and with clients * Ability to juggle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment * Proactive mindset and a team-first approach If you're a paid social specialist ready to step up and work across two diverse and ambitious brands, we'd love to hear from you.
