Continuous Improvement Maintenance Engineer London Monday - Friday days.

Salary up to £55k - £60k plus pension, holidays and other perks.

Continuous Improvement Maintenance Engineer duties;

  • Look at ways to get the best out of the assets (machinery)
  • Reduce downtime
  • hands on Electrical and mechanical experience needed for new machinery project work
  • Set up new PPM's if required
  • Look at innovate ways to improve OEE
  • Root Cause Analysis
  • Report writing
  • Working on project related work
  • Be able to a take lead on decision making and problem solving for the improvement and reliability of machinery

Requirements for Continuous Improvement Maintenance Engineer

  • A formal engineering electrical or mechanical qualification to at least City & Guilds level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent with corresponding practical experience.
  • Good working knowledge of automated systems/ production machinery
  • From a manufacturing background with some experience on continuous improvement, getting to the root cause and making improvements to machinery and downtime.
  • Good at report writing and computer literate
  • Mechanical or Electrical hands on proven experience in factory engineering environment
  • Must have UK full working rights.
