Location: Birmingham - Moseley (1x post) | West Heath (1x post)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Rate: Competitive (DOE)
Start Date: ASAP
Interviews: Thursday 12th June (morning slots available)

Role Overview:
We are seeking two experienced Qualified Social Workers to join Mental Health sub-acute hospital teams in Birmingham. These are full-time roles based on site at:

Moseley Hospital - 1x SW

West Heath Hospital - 1x SW

You will be working with adults in acute mental health settings, focusing on safeguarding, care planning, mental capacity assessments, and discharge coordination.

Key Details:
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Office Attendance: Minimum 2-3 days per week on site

First 2 weeks in-office preferred for induction and team integration
