Job Title: Credit Controller (with Admin and Reconciliation Duties)
IR35 Status: PAYE - Inside
Expected Pay Rate: £28,254 per annum / £14.69 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Shift Patterns: 8am-4pm / 9am-5pm
Location: Solihull, Princes Way (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote)
Contract: 4 Months
Training: 6 weeks in-office training (Tuesday is a fixed office day)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Controller to support our finance team with a blend of credit control, administrative, and reconciliation tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured processes, client communication, and contributing to the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments
* Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
* Make outbound service calls to follow up on outstanding queries and payments
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and account statuses
* Support the Credit Control team with administrative duties including data entry and documentation
* Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed
* Assist in achieving collection targets through proactive account management and support tasks

Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in credit control, finance administration, or customer service
* Confident in making outbound service calls (non-sales)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Familiarity with account reconciliation and credit control processes is advantageous
