We are recruiting for a Main Contractor who are looking for a Project Manager to deliver a Solar Farm Project in Milton Keynes.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale Solar Farm development in Milton Keynes. Working for a leading Main Contractor in this sector, you'll be responsible for end-to-end project coordination, ensuring all works are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the UK's renewable energy goals and be at the forefront of sustainable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage all aspects of civil construction for the solar farm, from design phase to handover
* Oversee site activities, subcontractor performance, and ensure compliance with regulations
* Lead project planning and scheduling using industry-standard tools
* Collaborate with the client, consultants, and internal teams to deliver project objectives
* Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues swiftly
* Report regularly on project milestones, budgets, and deliverables
* Promote health & safety culture across all stages of project execution

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering, ideally in the Power or Renewable Energy Sector
* Strong understanding of Civil Engineering
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, budgets, and timelines with confidence
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Hands-on approach with a keen eye for quality and detail
