Architectural Technician
Ref: 30758783700_1752743571Architectural Technician with experience of also working on M&E drawings wanted to join a successful and friendly properly management company in central London.
Our client is a specialist in real estate management or large commercial and residential buildings. They have an in-house team of designers and technicians and are looking to add to this with a new team member that has a background in architecture as well as exposure to working on mechanical and electrical detailing too. Typical work/projects will relate to using autocad to draw up plans/sections/elevations and also piping and layouts. There's a mix of building types with most of the work focusing on modifications to existing buildings. Significant experience of working to UK building regulations will be required for this.
