Eden Brown are seeking a dynamic Head of Specialist Provision for a leading further education college in Greater Manchester to lead and develop specialist services, ensuring all learners with additional needs thrive and achieve their full potential.

About the Role
As Head of Specialist Provision, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership, development, and management of specialist support services, including SEND provision, learning support, and inclusive teaching practices. You will work collaboratively with curriculum teams, external agencies, and senior leadership to create an inclusive, supportive, and high-quality learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage specialist provision across the college to meet diverse learner needs.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance inclusive education and learner support.
* Oversee assessment, monitoring, and intervention for learners with additional needs.
* Provide expert guidance and training for staff to embed inclusive practices.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, funding requirements, and quality standards.
* Foster strong partnerships with families, external agencies, and community organisations.

What We're Looking For:
* Proven leadership experience in SEND, specialist provision, or inclusive education within further education or a related sector.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and team management skills.
* Commitment to promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion.
* Ability to innovate and drive continuous improvement in specialist services.

Qualifications:
* Relevant degree or equivalent
* Teaching qualification
* Evidence of attainment at Level 2 English and Maths
* Evidence of continuing professional development

A DBS is also needed for this role, if you do not have a current DBS Eden Brown can apply for one on your behalf.
