About the Role:
Haringey Borough is seeking a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Vulnerable Adults Team. In this role, you will implement a strengths-based approach to support vulnerable adults across the borough, enabling them to maximize their independence, build on their strengths, and improve their quality of life. You will be responsible for assessing, reviewing, and developing support plans, while also assisting with complex cases and collaborating closely with partner agencies to ensure the best outcomes for individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct strengths-based assessments, reviews, and support planning.

Assist with the management of complex cases and collaborate with colleagues and partners.

Support residents and their carers in maximizing independence and improving their quality of life.

Develop strong working relationships with partners to identify creative solutions and achieve outcomes.

Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker with experience in adult social work.

Knowledge of strengths-based practice and adult safeguarding.

Ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively with multiple agencies.

Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
