We are recruiting multiple Mobile Multi Trade Operatives with a strong carpentry bias for long-term social housing maintenance contracts in South West London, with opportunities for permanent employment.

Key Offerings:

• Long-term contracts with temp to perm potential

• Company van, fuel card, and uniform

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

• Work across occupied and void social housing homes

Core Duties Include:

• Carpentry repairs: windows, doors, kitchens, fencing, joinery

• Tiling tasks in kitchens and bathrooms

• Supporting plumbing tasks

• General property maintenance

• Use PDA for managing workload

• Delivering tenant-focused service

What You'll Need:

• Carpentry expertise plus multi-trade skills

• Experience in social housing repairs ideal

• Full UK Driving Licence and clean DBS

• Comfortable working independently
