Job Title: Paralegal - Housing (Temporary Contract)
Location: North London (3 days office / 2 days remote)
Contract: 2-4 months (possibility of extension)
Rate: £34 per hour (umbrella), working 35 hours per week Monday Friday 9-5pm

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join a leading Housing Association in North London on a short-term basis. The role will focus on preparing and submitting legal applications concerning lease expiry and arrears cases. You will also represent the organisation at court hearings related to these matters.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit legal documentation for lease expiry and arrears cases

• Represent the organisation at court hearings

• Provide oversight and guidance to legal assistants supporting these processes

This is a hybrid role, with three days based in the office and two days remote.
