Assisting with deliveries and setting up rooms as needed
Reporting any health & safety issues
Ideal Candidate:
Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
Experience in a similar caretaker or facilities role preferred
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Basic maintenance/DIY skills
