This role exists to ensure our client sites remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. Your work helps create comfortable, compliant spaces for building occupants.

Responsibilities:

You'll carry out general repairs, planned maintenance, and minor plumbing and decorating across multiple client sites. The role includes regular safety checks and accurate record-keeping. You'll provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with building occupants. A proactive approach to identifying and reporting maintenance or safety issues is essential.

Requirements:
