* Assist in the planning and staging of meetings, workshops, stakeholder events, and Member briefings.
* Act as a first point of contact for public and stakeholder enquiries, ensuring timely and consistent communication.
* Support the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously and, as experience grows, lead on small-scale project work.

* Maintain accurate budget records and provide reporting to support effective financial oversight.
* Monitor compliance with project management standards and frameworks across all activities.

Essential Skills and Experience:

* Strong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills with experience engaging confidently with senior stakeholders.
* Advanced IT proficiency, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data management tools.
* Sound knowledge of project management principles and change control processes.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Confidence in managing and presenting data to inform reporting and decision-making.

Desirable:
* HNC/HND or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
* Diploma in Management Studies (DMS) or equivalent.
* Experience using MS Project or similar project planning tools.
* Knowledge of digital infrastructure or telecommunications deployment.
* Experience of event planning and stakeholder engagement.

If you're driven to make a difference and thrive in a collaborative, data-informed, and digitally focused environment, we welcome your application for this vital role.
