The Role

You'll be part of our Hard FM operations team, taking the lead on delivering mechanical maintenance, installations, and system diagnostics in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

This role is about more than maintenance - it's about making systems work smarter, improving energy efficiency, and helping our clients future-proof their facilities.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining, repairing, and installing mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and plant equipment

  • Responding to breakdowns and supporting fire evacuation protocols

  • Ensuring compliance with water treatment standards (including L8 regulations)

  • Mentoring junior staff and sharing technical knowledge

  • Participating in the on-call rota and offering cross-trade support when needed

  • Gaining and maintaining Authorised/Competent Person status in relevant areas

  • Championing a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
