My client is a dynamic and innovative engineering consultancy specialising in building services. With a diverse portfolio of projects spanning across the UK and the Middle East, they pride themselves on delivering cutting-edge solutions that meet the unique needs of their clients. As they continue to grow, they're seeking a talented Electrical Design Engineer to join their team and contribute to the success of their exciting projects.

As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and development of electrical systems for a variety of building services projects. Your work will include both office-based design and remote work, with regular travel for client meetings and site visits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical Design: Develop detailed electrical designs for building services, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm systems, and other related systems.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into overall building designs.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and provide technical advice.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, oversee installations, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Documentation: Prepare technical reports, design specifications, and drawings to support project delivery.
- Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in electrical design within the building services sector.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech), strong understanding of UK and international building codes, and excellent communication skills.
- Hybrid Working: Ability to work effectively both in-office and remotely.
