The asset team advises on building performance, energy management, decarbonisation strategy, PPM, capital expenditure and asset optimisation.

As this team expands, delivering for enterprise customers, airports, sports franchises, listed buildings and many more, an opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, work-winning RICS professional to join the ranks as part of their growth, becoming part of the leadership team and to take their place in the succession planning of the business.

You will be a knowledgeable building surveyor, able to spot risk & opportunity across a broad portfolio of customers and built assets you'll be financially literate a great communicator and a leader of teams. You'll be curious, able to spot improvement opportunities for customers, and the chance to deliver new business lines creating win-wins.
