The Opportunity

We're seeking a dynamic Senior Site Supervisor to join our UK team, responsible for supervising and delivering all electrical and mechanical installation activities within large-scale airport projects. This is an exceptional opportunity to work hands-on with complex automation systems while leading technical teams on high-profile installations.

What You'll Do

Technical Leadership

• Supervise mechanical, electrical, and control installation teams on both Airside and Landside operations
• Lead on-site installations and processes of complex equipment without direct supervision
• Inspect and diagnose complex mechanical and electrical systems
• Support I/O commissioning, testing, and integration of material handling systems

System Integration & Control

• Work with LV, PLC systems (Siemens), various hardware types, and communication protocols (Profinet, Ethernet, Profibus, ASI)
• Interpret E Plan drawings and site engineering drawings regarding layout, location, and system operation
• Ensure equipment is installed per specifications in coordination with engineers
• Manage quality inspections of installed equipment, focusing on electrical and mechanical installations

Essential Experience

• Proven track record supervising large teams during delivery of large and complex automation projects
• Successful implementation of all project phases from pre-construction through handover
• Experience managing multi-functional teams and interfacing with high-profile clients
• Strong understanding of CDM Regulations and HASWA requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• SMSTS trained
• C&G 2391-52 Inspection & Testing
• 18th Edition certification
• ECS Card
• ESR 2.0
• IOSH Managing Safely (minimum) or NEBOSH General Certificate (preferred)
• NVQ Level 4 Diploma in Construction Site Supervision
• First Aid At Work
