We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our client's team working on water-based infrastructure projects with a strong focus on drainage systems in the Perth area. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to advance their career within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site operations on water and drainage infrastructure contracts.

  • Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and within budget, adhering to all specifications and regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel effectively.

  • Interpret and implement technical drawings, designs, and specifications accurately.

  • Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and report on project status to senior management.

  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality of client identities.

  • Assist with the preparation of method statements, risk assessments, and quality documentation.

  • Promote and enforce site health and safety standards and environmental controls.

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Proven site engineering experience within the civil engineering sector, particularly on water and drainage contracts.

  • Strong knowledge of drainage systems design, installation, and maintenance.

  • Familiarity with industry standards and specifications related to water and drainage infrastructure.

  • Competent in interpreting technical drawings, CAD files, and contract documentation.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.

  • CSCS card holder or equivalent.

  • Valid driving licence.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or related discipline preferred.

  • Relevant site engineering experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
