CBRE Managed Services is looking for a Faultline Helpdesk Operative to join their team on a temporary basis, providing crucial support at their Gatwick & Regions site. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, log, and respond to incoming calls and emails related to facilities faults and issues

  • Accurately input data into the helpdesk system and assign tasks to relevant teams or engineers

  • Monitor and update fault progress, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders

  • Liaise with internal and external teams to coordinate follow-ups and maintain service levels

  • Support administrative and reporting tasks related to fault management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a helpdesk, customer service, or facilities support role

  • Strong IT and data entry skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritise effectively

  • Reliable and punctual
