Wakefield Council is seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join their Locality Team (East) on a maternity cover contract.

Location: Wakefield
Duration: Minimum 3 months
Rate: £35 per hour
Role: Senior QSW - Locality Team

Key Requirements:

Experienced Social Worker with strong knowledge of adult social care legislation

Ability to manage a varied caseload, including complex cases

Confident in Care Act assessments, safeguarding, and working in multi-disciplinary teams
