Admin Team Leader
Ref: e14b0cd2ed8546fb9cdb759864224ef2We're looking for an Admin Team Leader to join a local authority in Leicestershire to assist in the management, coordination, and development of a comprehensive business support service across Direct Services, Adults & Communities sites maintaining a high-quality responsive customer service, * To assist their managers in the co-ordination and management of all administrative and technical workloads
* Ensure that all systems and records are accurately maintained and managed
* To work with their managers on the recruitment, selection and induction of staff
* To allocate work amongst team members, establishing and negotiating priorities with customers, ensuring deadlines are met
* To assist their managers in ensuring that their teams maintain, effective information and data management systems including paper and electronic documents
* To oversee routine ordering and invoicing procedures undertaking more complex specialised ordering for projects or specialist equipment, * The nature of the work may involve the jobholder carrying out work outside of normal working hours.
* To support the administrative resource within other locality offices as and when required which may involve working at other localities on a temporary basis
* Flexible approach to working, this may require staff to work from somewhere other than their designated office base, which may include local touchdowns/other offices or from home.
* Administrative team leader/management experience * Able to travel between sites when needed * Customer service experience
