Adult QSW - Leaning disability & Autism team (Charnwood) £34PH
Ref: 3424492034_1751886136Leicestershire County Council is seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker to join the Learning Disability and Autism Team in Charnwood. This is a short-term 8-week placement covering staff sickness.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the duty function on a rota basis
Hold a small caseload with work that can be completed or stabilised within a shorter timeframe
Undertake safeguarding enquiries and complete initial safeguarding information gathering
Work with adults with learning disabilities and/or autism in the community
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker with relevant Adults experience
Strong safeguarding knowledge and ability to work independently
Experience with LD & Autism preferred
Available to start promptly
