* Support the Building a Better Brent programme with communications that drive digital transformation
* Lead corporate internal communications, enabling departments to align their messaging with corporate standards
* Evaluate and improve internal communication channels and engagement strategies
* Lead virtual teams to deliver impactful, cost-effective internal communication strategies
* Create diverse internal communications using various channels, including digital, print, events, and social media
