Salary: £37,500 - £41,500 per Annum

Our client are seeking for a passionate and dedicated Working Foreperson to supervise their expanding and dynamic team in Cheltenham. Join them in making a difference to people's lives and the properties they live in.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed reports to the Contract Manager
  • Set up and monitor subcontractors and labour, ensuring work meets specified standards
  • Sign off on completed works
  • Manage team productivity and report on job completion
  • Conduct health and safety reporting, including on-site checks, safe working practices, and equipment inspections
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a core trade preferred
  • SSSTS qualification advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes
  • Ability to lead and motivate experienced teams
  • Full current UK driving license
