We're Hiring: Plant Manager
Location: Preston

We're working exclusively with a leading manufacturer of chemical adhesives and coatings, who are looking for an experienced and driven Plant Manager to lead their production operations and support our continued growth. As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the plant and ensuring that the highest possible output standards are maintained.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are met
  • Lead, develop, and motivate a small, skilled production team
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and quality
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, trust, and high performance
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience managing production teams in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Proven track record in driving continuous improvement
  • Deep understanding of quality control and process optimisation
