RG are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Horticultural Driver to support our interior landscaping Client across London. The role involves delivering, collecting, and assisting with the setup of plants, planters, living walls, and associated materials at client sites. This position requires careful handling of live plants, excellent customer service skills, and good knowledge of London's road network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, transport, and deliver live plants, planters, tools, and installation materials to client locations across London.
  • Assist with installation or collection of interior landscaping features, including office plants,green walls, and seasonal displays.
  • Ensure proper handling and protection of plants during transit to avoid
  • Check delivery schedules and routes daily to ensure timely
  • Use GPS and route-planning tools to optimise delivery
  • Carry out vehicle checks and report any issues
  • Liaise with clients on-site when delivering or collecting, maintaining a professional and friendly
  • Handle paperwork such as delivery notes, collection records, and job
  • Support the horticulture team during large installations or moves when

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence (clean or with minimal points).
  • Previous experience as a delivery driver or courier, ideally in horticulture, facilities, or a similar.
  • Comfortable with moderate manual handling - lifting, loading, and unloading plant
  • Good understanding of plant care basics (e.g., how to transport plants without damaging them).
  • Excellent time management and
  • Good communication and interpersonal
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve
  • Flexibility to work early mornings or occasional weekends (especially during busy seasons or events).
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Based in London with daily driving across Greater London and surrounding
