Mechanical Maintenance Engineer is Monday to Friday 8 hour rotation

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer is needed for a world class manufacturer that has an impeccable reputation and high standards however still hasn't lost its friendly culture and strong teamwork ethic. The company invest heavily in their staff and sites.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer duties;

  • Reactive and planned maintenance
  • Working with pumps, gearboxes, valves, bearings, belts, conveyors, compressors and more process machinery.
  • Fault find and repair
  • Monitoring equipment and reporting defects,
  • Checks on boilers, chillers, water treatment etc.
  • Will get additional training i.e. BOAS Trained

Requirements for Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

  • A formal engineering qualification i.e. City & Guilds level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent with corresponding practical experience.
  • From an industrial background is a must
  • Hands on mechanical proven experience is a must
