We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SME to play a key role in enhancing the Service Performance Framework, a critical reporting product in ServiceNow that provides a unified view of service performance across 100 plus Public Sector services., * Work with BAs and business stakeholders to capture and deliver enhancements
* Implement new mappings, measures, and metrics within ServiceNow
* Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide service insights
* Perform maintenance and performance optimisation of the framework
* Conduct ad hoc data extractions, analysis, and analytics tasks
* Collaborate with the Cross Product Analytics team on best practices
* Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices
* Strong expertise in ServiceNow, ideally with certifications in + ServiceNow Performance Analytics + ServiceNow UI Builder + ServiceNow CMDB Modelling including service relationship analysis * Experience ingesting external data via APIs such as AWS S3 and Dynatrace desirable but not essential * Strong analytical skills, a STEM or numerical statistical background is preferred * Active SC Clearance
