Required experience and skills

Key Skills:
1.
Ability to undertake comprehensive residential housing and affordability assessments, including following guidance to complete assessments, then monitoring and implementing effective plans.
2.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal format, including communicating information which may be complicated or sensitive.
3.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence the actions of others, negotiate solutions across wide areas of the business, manage conflict and successfully convince others of the need to take a specific course of action with a family first approach.
4.
Ability to organise/prioritise work, co-ordinate a variety of tasks in a clear and logical way and meet agreed deadlines and outcomes with management supervision.
