• Building a future where our data enables us to deeply understand and anticipate customer needs
• Contributing to the delivery of a more personalised experience across multiple digital channels
• Providing customers with data insights to support informed decisions about their water usage and environmental impact
• Designing and co-creating technology solutions that protect water resources
• Enabling customers, communities, and the environment to thrive through digital innovation
