Will be required to drive around the area on visits - will need drivers' licence and a car

Duration of assignment:

Working hours: 37 - full time
Rate: £30 PAYE - £38.46 Umbrella per hour (can be flex for right candidate)
IR35 status: Inside IR35

Ideal start date: ASAP

Supplier Margin: £2.00 per hour

Job description:
To have general knowledge of leasehold, understand lease extensions, Section 20 notification process and be proficient in dealing with remortgaging and leasehold management packs. General understanding or previous experience of RTB desired. (right to buy)
