Candidates with Accurate DBS Only Job Overview: To supervise the day to day planning and allocation of the technical maintenance resource within their respective Region Conduct yourself in a professional manner in support of our customers and work colleagues To supervise the Planned Maintenance Programme for their respective sites, and deliver an excellent reactive service to the property portfolio ensuring compliance with all SLA's & KPI's To supervise and deliver small replacements projects and update Asset Registers when equipment is replaced as part of Life Cycle or Small Works Programme Training the team as required including delivering Tool box talks and team briefs Checking paperwork and service standards completed by the team Complete reports and paperwork as instructed by the Engineering Manager Take responsibility for your own training needs and bring them to the attention of the Engineering Manager Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, specific company requirements approved by the Health & Safety Executive and the latest regulations and codes of good practice Candidate either should have Electrical or Mechanical background Please call on 07443189192
