Are you an experienced Multi Skilled Tradesperson looking for a long-term opportunity in the Social Housing Maintenance sector? We're currently hiring Mobile Multi Trade Operatives to work across London on ongoing temporary contracts, with the potential for permanent positions for the right candidates.

What We Offer:

• Long-term contract work (temp to perm opportunities)

• Company van, fuel card, and uniform provided

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (30-minute break)

• Work across a variety of social housing properties

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform multi-trade repairs and general maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties

• Trades may include: Carpentry, Basic Plumbing, Painting & Decorating, Plaster Patching, Minor Glazing, Groundworks, and Mould Treatment

• Conduct fault-finding and repairs with a first-time fix approach

• Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and residents

• Accurately process jobs using a PDA (photos, timesheets, van stock updates, job progress)

• Attend training and team meetings as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in multi-skilled maintenance across different trades

• Social Housing repairs experience preferred

• Confident with mobile working via PDAs

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Full UK Driving Licence is essential

• Clean criminal record required
