The Recruitment Process:

Step 1: Application - this will include questions around your motivation for the role and how you can add to the culture at Molson Coors.

Step 2: Measuring your Potential - Arctic Shores' task-based assessment. You will be asked to complete some exciting, engaging tasks which will help us get to know you better! In return, you'll receive a personalised Feedback Report.

Step 3: Interview - This will be a face to face interview on site at the Brewery and will be focused around our company values and situational-based questions. You'll also learn more about Molson Coors.

Step 4: Decision/Feedback. You will receive feedback even if we do not make the decision to offer you the job.
