Are you an experienced social worker looking to make an impact in a fast-paced, frontline safeguarding environment? Nottinghamshire is looking for a skilled MASH Social Worker to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screening and triaging referrals from various agencies
• Applying thresholds and making informed decisions quickly and effectively
• Gathering and analysing multi-agency information to assess risk
• Working closely with Police, Health, and Education partners
• Ensuring children and families receive timely and appropriate intervention

Requirements:

• Social Work England registration
• Previous experience in MASH or Frontline Assessment
• Strong decision-making and risk assessment skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
