Are you an experienced social worker looking to make an impact in a fast-paced, frontline safeguarding environment? Nottinghamshire is looking for a skilled MASH Social Worker to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screening and triaging referrals from various agencies
- Applying thresholds and making informed decisions quickly and effectively
- Gathering and analysing multi-agency information to assess risk
- Working closely with Police, Health, and Education partners
- Ensuring children and families receive timely and appropriate intervention
Requirements:
- Social Work England registration
- Previous experience in MASH or Frontline Assessment
- Strong decision-making and risk assessment skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
