Corporate Insolvency Assistant Manager

Manchester

Butler Rose are pleased to be working with a brilliant firm of insolvency specialists, who are looking to add an Assistant Manager to their team - ideally this person will have strong experience within corporate insolvency, with some experience in managing/supervising a team (the firm are also open to someone who has been ready to step into management and has strong insolvency experience at Senior Administrator level and above).

Benefits:

- Hybrid working of 1 day per week. Also open to discussing other flexible options

- 25 days holiday (plus bank hols)

- Option to purchase another 5 days holiday

Summary of duties:

- Manage a caseload of corporate insolvency cases including CVL, MVL etc.

- Liaise with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders in a professional manner

- Prepare necessary documentation and statutory reports

- Contribute to business development and networking initiatives

- Support more junior members of the team, reviewing work, training

Ideal Candidate:

- Strong experience in corporate insolvency

- Ideally management experience (desirable, not essential)

- Solid understanding of insolvency legislation and processes

- Able to communicate clearly and professionally to clients and colleagues
