About Us: Mitie is a leading facilities management and professional services company, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a Front of House Receptionist to join our team and provide outstanding customer service on behalf of our corporate client.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
* Manage the client suite, ensuring it is well-maintained and welcoming.
* Set up audio-visual equipment for meetings and perform meeting room checks to ensure readiness.
* Oversee the hospitality kitchen, providing teas, coffees, and lunches for clients and staff.
* Maintain the day-to-day management of the kitchen area, ensuring and cleanliness.
* Complete various administrative tasks as required, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Participate in food health and safety training (provided and paid for by the company).
* Adapt to the corporate environment with great personal skills and professionalism.
Shift Patterns:
* The role will rotate around three shift patterns depending on events taking place:
+ 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
+ 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
+ 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
* Flexibility for overtime is required to support occasional evening events.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a Front of House or hospitality role is essential.
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
