Job Title: Mobile Caretaker - Acton
Location(s):

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Minimum 2 months (with potential extension)
Pay:

• PAYE: £13.34 per hour

• Umbrella/Ltd: £16.93 per hour
  Working Hours: Full-time

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Caretaker to join our team in the Acton areas to cover long-term sickness for a minimum of 6-12 weeks, with a possibility of extension. The hiring manager is looking for someone to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out general caretaking duties such as cleaning, basic maintenance, and minor repairs

• Travelling between multiple sites as part of a relief team

• Ensuring communal areas are safe and well maintained

Essential Requirements:

• Previous caretaking experience is required

• Must be hands-on and capable of working independently

• A full UK driving licence is essential

• A basic DBS check is required

• Must be willing to travel across various Peabody sites

• A Peabody van will be provided after the first 2 weeks (can be taken home overnight)
