Job Title: Electrician - Responsive Repairs (Hampshire: Bournemouth / Southampton / Portsmouth)

Location: Hampshire (covering Bournemouth, Southampton, Portsmouth)
Pay Rate: £21 per hour PAYE (including holiday pay) OR £24 CIS (must use own vehicle/tools)
Perm: £41k
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours per week, 30-minute lunch)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Carrying out responsive electrical repairs in tenanted properties

  • Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults

  • Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to current regulations

  • Providing professional and respectful service to residents

What's on Offer:

  • £21/hour PAYE (holiday included) or £24/hour CIS (own vehicle/tools required)

  • Company van + fuel card (if PAYE)

  • Uniform and PPE provided

  • Paid training (manual handling, working at heights)

  • Temp-to-perm pathway with long-term career prospects

What You'll Need:

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)

  • ✅ Experience in domestic or social housing electrical work

  • Full clean UK driving licence (required to use company van)

  • ✅ Own hand and power tools (specialist equipment provided)

  • ✅ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Certifications & Checks (Support Provided):

  • Asbestos Awareness Certificate

  • Basic DBS check

  • Manual Handling & Working at Heights training
